Old brick cases, worn-out unproductive lines — the Grodno cannery was it just seven years ago. Today not to recognize him thanks to almost full modernization of the enterprise for which more than 50 billion rubles were spent. Now here three modern European lines work, and the product range makes more than 150 names. Certainly, there are enough problems and today. However the new management of plant looks forward with optimism. And for this purpose there are all bases. The key to success of the enterprise are a highly qualified personnel and production of high-quality natural production.
Reconstruction of the Grodno cannery was complete in 2008. The only thing where it was not up to the end finished — shop of green peas. So now it is necessary to finish updating and this production site. And after its reconstruction it is planned to increase production of this type of production. Now the plant processes about 1,0 thousand tons of peas, further this bar will be raised to 1,5 thousand tons. It is supposed that already by a procuring season of 2015 the shop will begin to work in a new format.
All products of the Grodno cannery are turned out only in glass. It is a principled stand — the consumer has to see that product which he buys. Recently here began to spill juice in bottles of 0,33 liters.

Technologists of the Grodno cannery developed the wide range of juice of a direct extraction, vegetable and fruit juice and nectars, ketchups, sauces, snack and lunch canned food. The plant, only in the republic, mastered production of the birch sterilized sap without addition of sugar and lemon acid.
The line of snack second courses is presented by solyanka from fresh and sauerkraut with addition of mushrooms, caviar from vegetable marrows, pumpkin, carrots, and also mushrooms, stewed with vegetables, haricot in tomato filling. This production can be used both as a separate dish, and in the form of a garnish to the basic. Not less wide range of the first courses offered by the enterprise — borsch, beetroot soup, a rassolnik, a holodnik, Russian cabbage soup from fresh and sauerkraut.
The special attention is deserved by the group of ketchups including four versions — "East kitchen", "Slavic cuisine", "Tatar cuisine", "Adjika". Already according to the name it is possible to estimate specifics of each of them. At preparation of ketchups of Slavic Cuisine group softer spices, "East kitchen" are used — the product is burning, "Adjika" — option for the real gourmets which appreciate all ostrenky. The pickle is a part juicy "Tatar". In a word, features of each ethnic cuisine are considered. Ketchups without preservatives and stabilizers are developed.
The Grodno cannery founded in 1958 is one of the largest producers of Republic of Belarus of fruit and vegetable, fruit and berry canned food, juice and mashed potatoes now.
